Our client was facing a challenge: they had a large quantity of organic fertilizer, packaged in 1000 kg bags, initially intended for a wholesale or industrial buyer. However, they were unable to find a buyer for this large-sized packaging, which also posed the risk of high storage costs.
We suggested repackaging the product into smaller units to make it more attractive to smaller customers. This approach opened up new sales opportunities.
The fertilizer was repacked into smaller bags at our partner terminal, and this solution proved effective – new buyers emerged for the product in smaller packaging.
